👋🏽 I’m a Hands-On Design Team Leader and Principal Product Designer that’s shaped and guided design to deliver user-centred, high-impact solutions that directly supports business goals 🚀 – improving conversions, retention, customer satisfaction, revenue (£Ms 🤑), and reducing complaints and operational costs. whilst proactively influencing planning cycles 🕊 and resourcing decisions to maximise efficiency and value.

Recent work highlights include... leading the Barclays’ Savings team in a redesign of our Savings journeys and driving major performance gains – estimated to have unlocked £200M+ in annualised revenue growth 📈 through improved conversion, SEO efficiency, and deeper digital engagement across Barclays’ Savings ecosystem.
Revamping the HSBC Business Banking App and boosting 🚀 its rating from 1.4 to a stellar 4.7 on the App Store, saving £3.7M annually in support costs.
I also collaborated with the SafeToNet cyberpsychology team to develop a multi-award-winning 🏆 AI safeguarding keyboard that provides real-time advice and guidance to help steer children away from trouble and save lives!
I've helped connect the UK's entrepreneurial scene through a digital community platform for Barclays Eagle Labs and created a best-in-class ad clearance delivery software ✅ for Clearcast, that has literally cut their costs and time in half 😲, saving the company around £5M annually.
I even enabled investors to trade shares on 10 international exchanges 🌎 increasing trade margins and bringing in another £4M per year for Barclays.
Over many late evenings and countless cups of coffee ☕ I designed a high converting website 🤑 for the world's first decentralized blockchain, Minima.
I've worked with startups, big design agencies, and major corporates – and get my kicks leading design teams and making products easier to use 😃.
I'm a big believer in the power of doing and think more design leaders should be hands-on, working as hybrid thinker/doers, so they can lead by example 🎖️ and live by the principles they preach.
I help shape the next generation of design creatives; teaching AI, Design Leadership, Product Design & Figma courses at Experience Haus in Shoreditch, London.
